Our Return And Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please kindly write to us first.

Within 15 calendar days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. All items will be inspected upon return so you must return the products to us in original packaging in perfect condition. It is not possible to return the specially produced products for you.

Return products should be stored under proper conditions. The products shall not have been used or washed. The products should be carefully packed and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The goods are in your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and not get damaged on the way. Any shipping charges as well as return handling cost that may occur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refundPlease note that shipping, additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have had will not be refunded by us.

When we receive the returned products we will do the necessary inspection and inform you immediately about the product. If your refund is approved, your credit card or payment method will be refunded.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
